Let's find
what you're
looking for.
Whether you're a young adult figuring out your direction, a professional at a crossroads, or an organisation looking for a keynote speaker — this is the right place to start.
Mentoring &
Coaching
I work with a small number of people each year. The conversations are private, unhurried, and shaped entirely around what you need — not a syllabus or a programme.
I work mainly with young adults who are in the early or middle chapters of their careers — ambitious, thoughtful, and trying to figure out direction before the pace of life makes it harder to think clearly. I also work with more senior professionals navigating genuine transitions. What both groups have in common is that they're not looking to be told what to do. They're looking for a better conversation than they can have on their own.
We start with one conversation. I don't ask you to prepare anything or fill in a questionnaire. Just tell me where you are. We'll figure out together if it makes sense to keep talking.
Finding Your Direction
For young adults at the start of their careers who want to think more clearly about where they're headed — not just what job to take, but what kind of working life they actually want to build.
Career Crossroads
For professionals at any stage who know something needs to change but aren't sure what. Not a plan. Just a clearer view of where you actually are and what you actually want.
Rolling With It
On building resilience, making peace with uncertainty, and learning — like watercolour teaches you — that not every mistake needs to be fixed. Some of them become the best part of the work.
Speaking &
Keynotes
I speak at conferences, leadership forums, and corporate events on enterprise transformation, AI strategy, and the less-discussed side of high-performance careers — the discipline of balance, creativity, and staying human in demanding work.
The Reinvention Imperative
Why enterprise transformation fails when it starts with technology — and what it looks like when it starts with people. A CXO-level perspective on leading change that actually lasts.
AI at Human Scale
The real challenge of AI adoption isn't technical. It's about how humans relate to change, to uncertainty, and to each other. A grounded view from the front lines of enterprise AI.
The Balanced Leader
On creative practice, mental clarity, and why the best strategists I know all have a discipline that has nothing to do with business. What balance actually looks like in a demanding career.
